Just days after a police officer was stabbed multiple times over suspicion of infidelity at Obuasi by her boyfriend, another death has been recorded in the same town mirroring the same premise.
According to a report from UTV Ghana, a 35-year old lady who was dating a 24-year old guy met her untimely death when he saw adult-rated recordings on her phone with another man.
According to the report, they were sleeping together when the lady left for the bathroom and the guy used the moment to go through her phone.
Whilst scanning the phone obviously to know if she has been faithful to him, he reportedly found a video of her in bed with another guy. She had apparently recorded a video of herself being naked in bed with another guy.
This annoyed him and he questioned her about it during which a struggle began over her phone. She asked him to return her phone to her but he refused and it was the aggressive confrontation that ensued after that resulted in the death of the lady.
She died in the struggle and the gentleman called a taxi driver to help him move the body to the mortuary. Unfortunately for the young man, the taxi driver found a way to contact the police looking at the condition of the corpse, leading to his arrest.
