Professor, Stephen Kwaku Asare alias Kwaku Azar has admonished the Supreme Court justices for demanding witnesses wear suits to face them.
This comes after a justice in the ongoing Presidential election petition scolded one of the petitioner’s witnesses, Dr Michael Kpessa-Whyte for not wearing suit to face cross-examination.
“Merely because your Lordships have opted to wear those anachronistic, expensive and uncomfortable white horse-hair wigs, to keep up with the centuries-old British legal tradition, is not sufficient grounds to invite lecturers to wear suits…” he wrote on Facebook.
Every citizen is represented in Parliament by an MP. The only exception is #SALL voters and inhabitants who have been denied their basic right to representation.

The NDC are currently challenging the results of the 2020 polls at the Supreme Court.
