American actress Betty Marion White Ludden who was popularly known as Betty White passed away on December 31, 2021, at the age of 99. The renowned actress was said to have died of natural causes.
Since she died, many people have spread rumours about her cause of death. There are social media users was said she passed away due to COVID-19 complications. But it was confirmed that she died of stroke. She suffered stroke six days prior to her demise.

There was a widespread rumour with many people making references that Bety White received the COVID-19 vaccine before she died.
While people are mourning the loss of a beloved mother and actress, anti-vaccine individuals took to social media to spread rumours. They claimed she died after getting a Covid-19 vaccine booster.
To support the rumours, a picture of Betty was circulated on social media with Betty supposedly saying “Eat healthy and get all your vaccines. I just got boosted today.”
But all those rumours are not true. She has not received any vaccine at all. “Betty never had a booster shot,” said Betty’s friend and agent Jeff Witjas. According to him, this might be the work of someone operating a fake social media account to deceive the public.
