There has been a considerable increase in the number of people pursuing chances overseas in recent years, generating a discussion regarding the causes of this expanding migration.

Serwaa Amihere, a Ghanaian media figure, revealed her interest in this trend in a Twitter tweet.

“Looks like everyone wants to leave Ghana!” she wondered. Some social media responses shed insight on Ghanaians residing in the country’s worries.

Some internet users stated that they would not want to live in a country where young people are unable to find work.

“The youth have lost hope due to a high level of graduate unemployment, substandard education, selective government distribution of loans for new startups, and insufficient leadership and management skills,” one user said.

These are just a few of the reasons why many of us are thinking of leaving the nation.

Our objective, though, is not to depart forever, but to seek better chances.”Another user said, “It’s disheartening to live in a country where people call television stations to give advice to telenovela actors and actresses.” It’s no surprise that many of us are considering leaving.”

A third user stated, “Why should we stay in Ghana? The government should provide financial support to help the youth leave the country. The Indian government does the same. If you want to leave Ghana, I’m ready to assist you.”
