Instagram model, Akuapem Poloo is doing everything possible to have her way through the court case about posting her n*de plus the son photo on social media.
The actress appeared in court on Monday, November 9th, 2020 to face the 3 counts of charges which were levelled against her.
She was charged with the publication of obscene materials, engaging in domestic violence, and undermining a person’s privacy.
According to Akuapem Poloo the n*de photo was posted by mistake because she never meant to make that photo public as she pleaded not guilty to the charges.
She was granted a bill of Ghc 100,000 with four sureties, two to be justified
This court case came up following a photo she posted on her Instagram page with her son naked which sparked a backlash on the digital space.
