In terms of content, “Thief President” explores how some African presidential candidates seem to be sheep at first but turn out to be wolves when they are elected.
He accuses them of being self-centred individuals who are solely concerned with the well-being of their immediate social circles.
African leaders should not have to go abroad for medical treatment or send their children to expensive schools, Blakk Rasta argues.
