Osinachi Nwachukwu died on April 8 after allegedly being beaten and molested by her husband Peter Nwachukwu.
Peter Nwachukwu, the late gospel singer Osinachi Nwachukwu’s husband, will be charged to court if found guilty of her murder, according to Inspector Usman Alkali.
At midnight, however, Osinachi is heard singing her popular gospel song Ekwueme by mortuary attendants.
So far, Peter Nwachukwu, the husband, has denied the domestic violence allegations.
He has been indicted but not charged.
