The State of the Creative Arts Senior High School in the Kwadaso Municipality, Kumasi is almost ready.

The government of Ghana cut sod to mark the commencement of construction of its first Creative Arts Senior High School in Kwadaso, Ashanti Region in 2019.

The facility is aimed at helping the youth gain access to specialized education in creative arts and develop their creative skills in performing arts, media arts, visual arts, and literary arts.

The scope of the project includes the construction of an administration block, auditorium, staff flat, residential zone, principal’s residence, vice principal’s residence, dining hall with kitchen, boys and girls dormitory, library and creative block.

The first phase of the Creative Arts Senior High School at Kwadaso in the Ashanti region is scheduled to be ready for use likely this year.

And as The Creative Arts School nears completion, Ruthy, a socio-political critic, has admonished Ghana’s incumbent tourism minister, especially Mark Okraku Mantey to name the halls in the school after personalities like Sarkodie, Shatta, McBrown, Daddy Lumba, Amakye Dede and Ampadu considering their contributions in our showbiz industry.
