Don’t Use COVID-19 As An Excuse To Fail Your Final Exams – Minister Advises Final Year Students

The Upper West Regional Minister, Hafis Bin Salih has encouraged final year students of Junior High School to study hard despite the uncomfortable challenges posed by Covid-19 in order to pass their exams.

The Minister said this as he went on tour in the various schools in the Region to inspect beforehand how teaching and learning were to be done in the new system because of the pandemic.

Hafis Bin Salih advised the students not to cheat and depend on leaked exam questions but to fully prepare, so they could sit for the exams and come out with flying colours.

He said, passing an exam with the challenges in this era would indeed be a great achievement.

He further went to hail the teachers for their efforts and hard work towards the exams and concluded by encouraging all to religiously follow the COVID-19 safety protocols and other precautionary measures put in place to curb infections and spread of the deadly disease.
