Celebrated Nollywood actress in the person of Rita Dominic has finally settled down at age 46. At a relatively old age, Rita Dominic got married to her sweetheart Fidelis Anosike.
The traditional wedding ceremony between Rita Dominic and Fidelis Anosike which took place on April 19 2022 was heavily attended by several celebrities.
Celebrities in attendance included Ini Edo, Uche Jombo, Chidi Mokeme, Joke Silva, Kate Henshaw amongst others. The bridal shower for Rita Dominic came off at Imo State on April 10, 2022.
But the FAQs is, what really delayed the marriage of such a beautiful actress in our age where men yearn to marry beautiful ladies?
And from checks made by The BBC Ghana via Ogundele who happens to be our Nigeria correspondent, lesbianism delayed actress Rita Dominic’s marriage.
It could be recalled that somewhere in the year 2004, she starred in the movie, ‘Last Wedding’ and the 2006 movie ‘Girls Cot’, where she acted in a romantic scene with a female.
In some of the never-confirmed and rather strange reports, she was alleged of being a lesbian partner to the likes of German-born Nollywood actress and television host, Michelle Dede, Nollywood veteran actress, Genevieve Nnaji, and Beninese actress, Ella Martins.
And it has been alleged that Rita Dominic’s undying love to roll with females made her distaste the amorous affairs of men which in the long run delayed her marriage till age 46.
