Asamoah Gyan says he would want to wear the Porcupine Warriors shirt before he retires from football since he is a great supporter of the Kumasi-based team.
On Joy FM, Ghanaian forward Asamoah Gyan said he was ready to join Asante Kotoko after a string of ailments hampered his time with the Royals (Legon Cities).
Gyan returned to the Ghana Premier League with Legon Cities in the 2020/21 season, however, he only played six times.
“I would like to play for Asante Kotoko if I have to return [to playing football again]. I am a huge fan of the club,” he said on Joy FM.
