Hajia4Reall, who was born Mona Montrage Faiz and is from Ghana, has made a rare showing on social media.
Hajia4Reall was sure that she would win her court fight in the US, which is still going on.
In an Instagram post from today, September 5, the socialite-turned-musician who was extradited from the UK to the US in May for allegedly stealing over $2 million from older, single American men and women in a strange lonely hearts scam showed a lot of optimism about the ongoing legal battle.
She wrote, “Not every bullet wound is from the battlefield; some are caused by accidental shots. My story right now… When everything is said and done, I will be proven right. It’s only a matter of time before the truth will shine brighter than the lies.”
On November 10, 2022, the social media personality whose Instagram account was one of the top 10 most followed in Ghana was caught in the UK for what was thought to be online theft at the time.
US federal officials said on Monday, May 15, 2023, that she was transferred from the UK to the US in May because she was accused of scamming older, single American men and women out of more than $2 million through a strange scheme called “lonely hearts.” She is said to have done this through a “lonely hearts” scheme.
Later, Hajia 4Reall was charged with wire fraud, moving money, getting money that had been stolen, and plotting. If she is found guilty of the top charge, she could spend up to 20 years in jail.
