Ghanaian drill rapper, Yaw Tog, has opened up about his struggles with mental health and the challenges he has faced in his career.

In an interview on Accra-based Asaase Radio on July 20, Yaw Tog revealed that he is currently trying to find solutions to his problems especially when it comes to hit song production.

“I’ve got to more about myself, there has been a big change,” he said.

This statement comes after the rapper had previously spoken about his mental issues in an interview on Accra-based TV3.

“It’s my choice not to go to school anymore but I have been hearing it a lot. Everywhere I go, people ask me, when are you going to school? Nobody cares about my mental health,” he said.

Yaw Tog also revealed that he had gone through a difficult period last year and needed time for self-reflection and recovery.

“I tried to calm myself, think about myself and know how to move on. I was too young and overthinking,” he revealed.

Despite these challenges, the 20-year-old singer remains focused on his career development.
