Isaac Show Boy, a gospel musician, has publicly apologized to his former producer Ahmed Banda, dubbed ‘Bandex,’ for disrespecting him several years ago.
Great Ampong recently stated to the media that he will not collaborate with former label mate Isaac the Showboy due to his feud with Bandex. And ShowBoy will not work with him until ShowBoy apologizes to their boss.
Isaac the ShowBoy stated in an exclusive interview with Onua FM’s Christian Agyei Frimpong on Anigye Mmere that he had no ill will toward his former label. However, after hearing Ampong speak during a phone-in interview, he remembered and apologized to his former manager.
“I sent a text message to Bandex out of desperation. Informing him that I will not be able to work with him again. That, I believe, is what Ampong is referring to.”
Issac the ShowBoy then issued a public apology, pleading with his former manager for forgiveness.
“So Bandex, if you’re listening to me on the radio right now, all I can say is that if the message I sent still causes you pain, I’m your son. If it wasn’t for anything you’ve previously fed me, Alhaji Bandex. I am on my hands and knees. Please pardon me.
“Papa, wherever you are, please pardon me. Tomorrow, I will come to your house and resolve everything amicably with you,” Show Boy apologized soberly.
Isaac the Show Boy is a product of TV3 Mentor’s first season and was immediately signed to Alhaji Banda’s record label Bandex production alongside Cee. Isaac the Showboy has released three new tracks.
