The Parliamentary Member for Assin Central, Hon Kennedy Agyapong has today Monday September 28,2020 absent himself from the court the on his contempt case.
The counsel for Mr Kennedy,Mr Kwame Gyan , explained that his client got Post COVID-19 complication after last Friday’s court hearing.
The Lawyer then presented a medical excuse that suggested his client is deal indispose and requested the court to adjourn the case for fourteen days to allow his client to recover.
The Judge Justice Amos Wuntah Wuni agreed to adjourn the case but ordered that the Doctor appears before the court to provide the court with some explanation.
