Ghanaian rapper, Nii Addo Quaynor, better known by his stage name Tinny, has refuted rumours making rounds in traditional and social media that he has tested positive for the deadly Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).
This was in a press release issued by its management Kankpe Records to dispute the information which was given by colleague Nii Fuuny that the ‘Aletse’ crooner is COVID-19 positive.
The statement made it emphatic that rapper Tinny is healthy and has not in any way tested positive for the virus with a clear assurance given to families, friends and loved ones.

Our attention has been drawn to few social media comments and blog posts stating categorically that Nii Addo Quaynor is popularly known as Tinny ‘Aletse’ has been diagnosed with Coronavirus.
As the management of Tinny, we debunk all rumours this and assure fans, close relations and the general public that Tinny is healthy and has not in any way tested positive for Coronavirus.
According to the statement, Tinny had a conversation with Nii Funny and jokingly said he has tested positive for Coronavirus which was carelessly shared by the latter with all seriousness.
We believe this news comes to the public after a jest conversation between Tinny and one of his industry friends Nii Funny
