Dr. Spice of Cape 93.3FM has exposed the dreadful living circumstances of Central Region radio hosts, which is a tragedy in and of itself.
During an interview with Kofy Jesse TV, Dr. Spice, a radio personality who rose to fame at Kingdom FM and now works at Cape FM, remained unflinchingly direct in his rhetorical approach.
The well-known radio host in question recently revealed some alarming information: the greatest income most radio presenters in Cape Coast earn from their radio owners in the area is between 200ghc and 300ghc per month.
Dr. Spice, using his time at Kingdom FM as an example of the misery he had to go through there, said clearly that despite his enormous fame and influence in the radio business, he was never paid any considerable amount while he worked for years.
Since most radio hosts are underpaid, he urged radio stations in the Central area to improve their treatment of their on-air talent.
