Kafui Danku is silencing her critics once again about her decision to settle for her Canadian husband despite the age gap between them.
The Ghanaian actress is married to Kojo Pitcher who is about thirty years older than her. The couple has been together for thirteen years now and is blessed with two children.
According to the actress, people claim she married her husband because of his wealth but that is not true. Appearing on the GTV Breakfast Show, she has revealed that she has been men of her age but nothing came out of it.
She spoke about her beautiful family after the host of the show, Kafui Dey, asked her how marriage had been so far. She noted that it had been, “a blessing even though people say it’s because of the man’s wealth”.
Detailing her experience of marrying an older man, the ‘4play Relaoded’ actress said, she has had a lot of backlash with people labelling her “ashawo and Gold digger” for marrying her husband.
Replying to her critics, she mentioned that “she had been with men her age and it was nothing to write home about”. The mother of two however said such comments from people have never gotten to her because of how she has mentally trained herself.
After three miscarriages, Kafui Danku welcomed her first daughter with Kojo Pitcher in 2017. A daughter they have named Baby Lorde. In 2019, the couple welcomed their second child, a boy named Titan.
