A new photo of Ghanaian hiplife musician, Jerry Anaba, well known as Okomfour Kwadee on social media, has left many of his fans in a state of shock.
The majority of people who commented on the picture were sad and questioned what might be the cause of the sudden change.
Some of them think life has been unfair to the musician who churned out numerous hit songs some years ago.

For some time now, Okomfour Kwadee has been battling with mental challenges which landed him at a rehab centre.
After he was announced to have recovered, it emerged he had sadly relapsed again following few months of making public appearances.
