On Tuesday, December 24, 2024, several dignitaries attended the All White-themed opening ceremony, including Chairman Odeneho Kwaku Appiah (Coka), Nana Yaw Akuoko (Otumfour’s Assinhene), some executives of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), celebrated movie producer Samuel Nyamekye (Miracle Films CEO), gospel musician Broda Sammy, et al.
Some media personalities were there, including Bright Kankam Boadu, The Ship Dealer, Boneshaker, Nana Benyin Anumel, Nana Osei Kesse, social media influencers (Opoku Bilson, Asafo Powers, Ama Pokuaa, Aso Yaa), comedians (Lekzy Decomic, Ato Pagh, MJ The Comedian), et al.
Longford City, located in the centre of Krofrom, Kumasi, offers a big interior venue perfect for any social occasion such as weddings, private parties, conferences, and more.
The first floor of the two-story building also houses a large and functional restaurant and a sports and lounge bar that can seat up to 200 people at once.
Nana Yaw Akuoko (Otumfour’s Assinhene) spoke during the all-white opening ceremony, praising Chairman Odeneho Appiah Kubi (Coka) for his contributions to the creative arts space and the social impact of his efforts. He also urged natives of Kumasi to use the facility responsibly to encourage others to invest in it.
