Director of Communications for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Yaw Buaben Asamoah says that the current power outages (dumsor) being experienced across the country cannot be compared to the one which occurred under erstwhile President John Dramani Mahama’s administration.
According to him, the current dumsor being experienced is a different kind and Ghanaians will have to be patient as the government works around the clock to fix it.
“This ‘dumsor’ is a different kind of ‘dumsor.’ We must accept it and move on because the infrastructure for transmission has come under huge pressure. It is important that we accept that there is a problem and that the problem is going to be worked on” the communications director told Joy News.
