Ex-Black Queens goalkeeper, Memunatu Sulemana in an interview with Accra-based Original FM revealed that she has been living in a makeshift house at Kaneshie in Accra.
Sulemana’s revelation came as a shock to the football world having had an inspiring football career.
Consequently, ex-president John Dramani Mahama took the bold step to rescue the veteran Ghanaian goalkeeper after learning of the terrible state she currently finds herself in.
Mahama gave Memunatu Sulemana a fully furnished one-bedroom apartment in the Accra suburb of Dansoman on Monday, August 28, 2023.
Additionally, John Mahama provided Memunatu Sulemana with a financial donation through friends and colleagues to help her get started and make sure she finds a new road to success.
