From a statement the footballer released on his official and verified social media handles, his wife gave birth to twins, a boy and a girl but the boy could not survive and has passed away.
Ronaldo indicated that he’s currently downhearted but the survival of the twins’ sister is giving hope to himself and his wife Georgina Rodriguez.
He also seized the opportunity to thank the nurses and doctors who took the time to get them consoled.
