KayWuo, a veteran singer from Ghana who created multiple hits in the late aughts, recently expressed his dissatisfaction with life in the studios of Kumasi’s Nhyira FM.
Kay Wuo claims that despite his many commercial successes in the past, he is now so financially strapped that he does not even own a smartphone.
It’s terrible that he’s had to resort to using Yam phone to take calls, as he admits to Ogidi Brown on Nhyira FM’s “Entertainment Power” programme.
Despite this, Kay Wuo placed the responsibility on his manager, Wayoosi, saying that he wasted all of their music profits and only paid them peanuts throughout their successful years together.
KawWuo has said repeatedly that he is in dire need of a good Samaritan’s assistance in producing his many unreleased songs so that he may get back on his feet.
