Tsikata’s Application For Stay Of Proceedings Struck Out As Moot – Petition Adjourned To Monday

The Supreme Court has struck out an application for stay of proceedings filed by lead counsel for the Petitioner, Mr Tsatsu Tsikata.

According to the Court, presided by Chief Justice Kwasi Anin Yeboah, the application is moot since it had been filed in respect of a review application which has now been disposed by the Court.

The Supreme Court has adjourned to Monday, 22nd February 2021 to hear yet another review application filed by the counsel for the petitioner, after which directions will be given in respect of the substantive case.
