The Ghanaian superpower Kumasi Asante Kotoko was named the best defensive team at the end of the season thanks to Danlad’s ability to keep 12 clean sheets and allow just 12 goals to be scored.
Consequently, the technical staff of the Black Galaxies also named him to the squad for the qualifying matches and subsequently the main goalkeeper for the Ghana CHAN team for the main tournament.
But the current situation in reference to Danlad’s goal-post performance is nothing to write home about as in the voice of die-hard Kumasi Asante Kotoko supporters especially Bryt Akwasi Nkansah alias Football Messiah.

According to these die-hard fans of Asante Kotoko, goalkeeper Danlad has become addicted to social media, especially TikTok which is taking so much of his time and attention as a professional footballer.
They cited how Danlad has failed to keep clean sheets as a goalkeeper in recent games as compared to his performance last season. Statistically, Danlad kept 12 clean sheets and allow just 12 goals to be scored during the last year (2021/2022) Ghana Premier League.
