Three days ago, a young woman who looks a lot like famous actor Nana Ama McBrown became popular on the internet after she gave an interview and then attacked McBrown.
After showing off her skills and imitating Empress McBrown in different ways, including wearing her famous “government uniform,” which is known locally as the “Aban Jersey,” the drama started.
While King Promise gave his impersonator a Hisense cell phone, which got a lot of attention, Nana Ama McBrown didn’t seem interested in recognizing anyone who came up with her lookalike.
Nana Ama McBrown talked about the trend of lookalikes and gave her opinion on it during one episode of her show, Onua Showtime.
Her “lookalike” wasn’t directly mentioned, but she made statements that seemed to be aimed at people who tried to look like her.
Nana Ama McBrown laughed sarcastically that the woman on social media who was portraying herself as her lookalike should officially ask for permission before she could be recognized as an official and qualified lookalike. Laughingly, she added that you can’t really be like her unless she picks you.
