A man and his family were deported from Canada shortly after arrival. Adaeze Ozoha shared the awful tale of the individual and his family on TikTok, stating that the family was instructed to pack promptly at the airport.
Adaeze, the storyteller, indicated that the family arrived in Canada on a visit visa, implying that they were not there permanently.
When they arrived at the airport, immigration agents inspected their documents and learned that they were on a visit.
Why a family of four was deported from Canada on arrival
They were asked if they would stay permanently if they found work during their visit, and they said yes.
The family was promised by the immigration agency that they could alter their visiting visa to a work permit even at the point of arrival.
According to Adaeze, this response forced their expulsion. The immigration officers interpreted this to suggest that they were entering Canada on a visit but had no intention of returning to their own country.
