Aspiring Member of Parliament For Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency, John Dumelo has made a U-turn on some comments he recently made at a rally.

The actor turned politician in a clip that has since gone viral incited supporters of the NDC to beat up anyone who will attempt to rig the elections on December 7.

His comments which was received with much backlash from some people especially from the NPP was seen as unpleasant and one that could lead to unnecessary tensions ahead of the election.

And Mr. Dumelo having thought through it has apologized.

In a tweet, the actor asserted that he is a man of peace and will always promote peace, as such, he is sorry for the comments he made in the said video.

“I’m wholeheartedly sorry for my comments in the said video. I’m a man of peace and will always promote peace. Let’s make Ghana and Ayawaso West a better place,” he wrote.
