Minister for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration Shirley Ayokor Botchwey has in a subtle jab told the people of Ayawaso West Wuogon to choose Lydia Seyram Alhassan over John Dumelo.
According to her, Parliament remains a serious place for serious minded people and not just persons who have gained popularity from acting movies.
Meanwhile, John Dumelo and Lydia Alhassan were engaged in a debate by 3 News today which almost turned into a brawl after Dumelo had taken offence of a comment made by his opponent.
Regarding the dredging of gutters in the constituency, Lydia noted that Dumelo would not have done that with his will if he was a deep thinker.
This did not go down well with Dumelo who demanded an apology, however, Lydia failed to give him that.
