People who want to make money through politics are the only ones making these statements, according to the President.
People who term themselves “political opponents” make these types of statements because they keep them relevant, President Akufo-Addo said on January 25.
Perhaps some people do not believe that the current issues of the country have anything to do with the Covid-19 pandemic? This is possible. Because of the country’s bad economic management, they claim, they’re just an issue in Ghana.

COVID-19, according to him, has delayed economic progress in countries large and small alike, including Ghana. Forget the excuses and just say what’s plainly obvious. It’s heartbreaking, but it’s true.
