Evangelist Akwasi Awuah has finally responded to his detractors who were outraged by his words.
He remarked recently that the poor, ill, and destitute should not be given church money, even if they are dying.
Evangelist Akwasi Awuah said in a sermon that the church is not obligated to support financially needy people.
He believes that church funds should be utilized primarily for church upkeep and marketing.
He emphasized that when in need of financial assistance, members should seek job rather than turn to the church.
