Plus-size beautiful lady by the name Joan, a contestant in the just-ended season of TV3’s “Date Rush” reality show, has break silence on an earlier report that went viral concern her mental ill-health.
Joan made it emphatic that she is not suffering from a mental disorder and not a drug addict as went viral but it was just a miscommunication that went viral for the just-ended episode of the show.
Joan broke the silence about the news that went viral that she is mentally ill and a drug addict who was deported by her parents from the US to Ghana but stating that the said news was fake and therefore people should disregard it.
Meanwhile, Joan’s new-found love on Date Rush refused to show up for their first date after rumours that came up suggested that, the lady he has fallen for who is Joana remain mentally ill and a drug addict.
Joana while sharing this news broke up in tears.
Netizens on social media are calling on TV3 to do a lot of proper background checks on contestants before qualifying them to appear on the “Date Rush” reality show.
