The founder and leader of the Ghana Freedom Party (GFP), Madam Akua Donkor has promised to extend maternity leave to one year if she wins power on December 7.
Launching her party’s manifesto on Saturday, September 12, Akua Donkor further promised to include include free Port, free education, free water, changing Ghana cedi to pounds, free cutlasses for farmers among things.
The opposition National Democratic Congress in its manifesto also promised to increase maternity leave to 4-months.
