Poor and unfair customer service has been going on in the banking industry for a long time and customers’ sentiments have never been taken seriously by banks, especially those with small deposits which is nothing but unfortunate.
Perhaps, until the Bank of Ghana gets tough on banks and applies sanctions on them for treating customers unfairly, the practice will not stop taking into consideration the happenings in our banking sector specifically National Investment Bank (NIB).
Back to the subject matter, a lady identified as Babara Korsa Adu has been made to pass through hell in her quest to withdraw her foreign remittance from the camp of National Investment Bank – Head Office stationed at 37 Kwame Nkrumah Avenue, Accra.
