The Electoral Commission (EC) has declared candidate Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo as the President-elect for the Republic of Ghana.
This was made known after a press conference at the EC’s headquarters on Tuesday evening.
Nana Akufo Addo pulled more than 50% of the total votes cast to maintain his place at the seat of government.
