Kumawood actor and preacher, Bishop Bernard Nyarko has recounted how his close friends rejected him when he was on his sickbed.
Bishop Bernard Nyarko during a sermon at his church recounted his ordeal when he was suffering from an ‘undisclosed’ sickness.
In the video sighted by theBBCghana.com, the Veteran actor cum preacher divulged that his own friends, colleagues in the movie industry neglected and ridiculed him.

Speaking on the theme ‘I will rise up again’, the actor stated that the people that can easily destroy you are the people very close to you.
He added that his friends looked down on him and rejected him so he doesn’t need friends in life.
“There were some people I helped when I was working, but when they visited me when I was sick they looked at me as if I have committed a sin that has made me ill, though I was expecting them to help me. They looked down on me and rejected me, so from today I don’t need friends, I need God” bishop Bernard Nyarko said.
