The Electoral Commission (EC) has called on all Ghanaians to go to their various polling stations where they registered their voter’s ID card to verify if all their details are correct.

Regardless, a short message service (SMS) has been launched to enable registered voters to check their registration details. The shortcode, 1422, will be activated on Friday, September 18, to Friday, September 25, 2020.

To check registration details, eligible voters would have to text their voter ID card number to the shortcode.

The exhibition of the voter’s register would commence on Friday, September 18, to Friday, September 25. The exercise would give registered voters the opportunity to authenticate their personal information.
