The race is on as the forthcoming 2020 Presidential and Parliamentary elections is just around the corner as Ghanaians can’t just wait to exercise their franchise once again.

This has caused big political figures like Honourable Kennedy Agyapong who stands as the Member of Parliamentary (MP) and also a candidate on the ticket of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) to be heard again.

Speaking on his private Oman FM, the loudmouth political figure has charged the electorates in his area to be vigilant and to protect their votes come December 7, 2020.

According to Honourable Kennedy Agyapong, he is not satisfied with the way and manner in which posters are been decorated on walls in his constituency and from his observation some other constituencies in the country. Kennedy Agyapong stressed that it is high time campaign needs to be made with an open forum instead of posters been used by candidates.

He revealed that he chooses to give that money used in printing posters to help the charity instead of using his hard-earned money to be used as posters which later makes the walls in his constituency dirty.

“I will be the one to talk on this matter. It becomes just too much. Posters are all over the place and it keeps me worrying. Why? I don’t just get this…” he said.

Hem concluded by charging on the Electoral Commission Ghana which is headed by Mrs. Jean Mensa to take charge and look forward to changing this face of campaigning in the country.

“The EC can do something about this. When they educate the electorates well there wil be no need for candidates to educate the electorates with posters. The television is a suitable medium I think..” he added while speaking on the Oman FM show today.
