As deputy General Secretary for the New Patriotic Party, Lawyer Obiri Boahene has revealed that he has no option than to salute former President Mahama for being able to amass over 6 million votes in the 2020 general elections despite the odds not favouring him.

Lawyer Obiri Boahene in an interview on Wontumi TV stated that despite the good policies the administration of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has implemented, the flagbearer for the National Democratic Congress managed to poll an astronomical vote of over 6 million.

“I salute the NDC and former President Mahama; I also salute NPP and President Akufo-Addo for winning the 2020 elections”, he candidly said.
