The Attorney General, Godfred Yeboah Dame has directed that the Director-General of Police CID expedite investigations into the ages of the two alleged killers of a ten-year-old boy at Kasoa.
The ages of the suspects have been under contention with Felix Nyarko claiming to be 16-years while Nicholas Kiki is 18-years.
According to Attorney General, the age of the suspects is necessary to determine their prosecution. He emphasized that if they turn out to be minors, their prosecution must end within 6 months failing which they will have to be discharged.
Meanwhile family of the deceased have warned that they may be forced to take the law into their own hands if they do not get justice.
