Controversial social media commentator and sympathizer Kevin Taylor has mocked Gabby Otchere-Darko after a high court ruling against him.
Moments after the court found him guilty and ordered that he pays Gabby Otchere-Darko GHS 1M compensation, a Facebook page bearing his name, said Gabby’s lawyer has duped him.
An Accra High Court (Commercial Court 10), on Tuesday found social media commentator, Kelvin Taylor guilty of defamatory statements against cousin of President Nana Akufo-Addo and a member of the ruling New Patriotic Party, Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko.
The court therefore awarded damages in the sum of One million cedis in the favour of the plaintiff, due to the seriousness of the defamatory matter published by Kevin Taylor.
