A young man in Ghana identified himself as @Daniel Wilbon Sanni on Facebook and shared a photo of an odd product he discovered in an Ideal Milk container.
In a post spotted by Realest Blogger on Daniel’s personal Facebook page, the gentleman lamented that Nestle Ghana should come and retrieve the four Ideal Milk bottles he purchased and refund him.
However, in related news, Ghana’s Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) has announced the recall of certain batches of Nestlé Ghana Ltd’s coagulated Ideal Milk and Carnation Milk products in response to consumer complaints.
The FDA stated in a press release on Monday that it had launched a comprehensive investigation into why customers’ milk was coagulated despite the fact that it was not expired.
It stated that the analysis revealed no microbial contamination of samples and thus no food safety issue with the said Nestlé coagulated milk products.
