Manchester United and England national team defender has been in the news recently after his holidays in Mykonos following their Europa League exit.

The 27-year-old Defender who joined Manchester United from Leicester for a world-record fee for a defender (€87m) who was arrested in Greece for assaulting a police officer.

The captain of England based side, Manchester United captain Harry Maguire was found guilty of repeated bodily harm, attempted bribery, violence against public employees and insult after his arrest on the Greek island of Mykonos.

On Tuesday, Maguire was given a suspended sentence of 21 months and 10 days in prison after his trial on the Greek island of Syros Harry in an interview with @danroan said,

“I don’t wish it on anybody. Obviously, the situation has made it difficult for one of the biggest clubs in the world, so I regret putting the fans and the club through this, but I did nothing wrong.”

Jacob Harry Maguire is an English professional footballer who plays as a centre back for Premier League club Manchester United, whom he captains, and the England national team.

Born in Sheffield, he came through the youth system at Sheffield United before graduating to the first team in 2011.
