Mr. & Mrs. Frimpong known in our showbiz industry as Medikal and Fella Makafui made history on Saturday night, August 30, 2020.
Thus, at the 21st edition of the Ghana Music Award held at the International Conference Centre, the couple won an award.
A song by Medikal on which he featured his actress wife Fella Makafui tilted ‘Omo Ada’ was adjudged the Hiplife Song of the year.
This makes them the first married couple to win an award at the Ghana Music Awards since its inception 21 years ago. Unfortunately, they were not present at the ceremony to receive the plaque by themselves for obvious reasons.
