The 53-yar-old singer has been reported to be suffering from “severe and persistent muscle spasms” which cause her to be in constant pain. The muscle-related sickness has caused Celine Dion to cancel all her tours and shows which are coming up.
Her upcoming North American Leg of the Courage Tour which was scheduled to begin on 9 March has been canceled due to her sickness. In a statement released on Celine Dion’s official website, she stated: “I was really hoping that I’d be good to go by now, but I suppose I just have to be more patient and follow the regimen that my doctors are prescribing. There’s a lot of organizing and preparation that goes into our shows, and so we have to make decisions today which will affect the plans two months down the road.”
