Abronye DC has added his take on the brouhaha that surrounds the appointment of Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang as the running mate for their bitter rival in the forthcoming Presidential and Parliamentary elections, John Dramani Mahama.
The forthcoming General elections which is slated for December 7, 2020, has received a heat as it’s sparked with the announcement of a new voters’ registration exercise amid the novel coronavirus pandemic to the announcement of the first female Vice Presidential hopeful in the shape of 68-year-old Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang on the ticket of the largest opposition party, National Democratic Congress (NDC).
Speaking on Kumasi-based Wontumi FM, the loudmouth politico of the ruling NDC has posited that Mrs Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang wouldn’t help former President John Dramani Mahama if he becomes President of the land.
Abronye DC as affectionately called said so with his reasons being that the woman at the centre of attraction now (Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyeman) is in her late 60s and will not be fit for the position he even thinks will never materialize since the NDC and John Dramani Mahama has no space and place in the forthcoming general Presidential and Parliamentary elections.
“Maame Jane is in her late 60s, Kwame, and this woman cannot even help reason with John Mahama if he becomes president. This I know is not possible for John Mahama to win another elections but do you think the NDC lacks the men to that extent of appointing a female vice who is a due to menopause may not be able to reason well with Mahama?” – he said.
