The Communication Officer of National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi has said the NDC’s boycott on Peace Fm Kokrokoo Show is still holding and the party does not intend to return to the show again.

Sammy Gyamfi on Saturday 19 September 2020, on his twitter post swiftly responded to rumors that the NDC has gone to beg the administration of the Accra based FM station Peace, to get the chance to return on their Morning Political Show platform “Kokrokroo” hosted by Kwame Sefa-Kyai after boycotting it in May 2020.

He said the party’s Communication bureau he leads has never thought of taking such a decision.

He added that NDC is bigger than the FM station to shamefully go and beg for any platform on it.

“For the records, the NDC has never and will never beg to appear on Peace FM’s Kookrokoo. The Comm. Bureau that I lead, does not intend to ever return to that show. The NDC brand is far greater than that overhyped platform. Our boycott still stands. Ignore the lies.” He posted on his Twitter page.
