John Mahama has secured one of the vital documents that can allow him to vote and also stand as a presidential candidate in the upcoming general elections.

He acquired his voter card in his native hometown of Bole- Bamboi in the Savannah Region of Ghana a day before the end of the entire registration exercise on 6th August 2020.

He made an announcement accompanied by relevant photos on his Facebook page with the message: I registered for my Voter ID at the Bole District Assembly Centre this afternoon.

John Mahama’s registration comes two days after President Akufo-Addo also registered for his card in his hometown Kyebi in the Eastern Region.

The 2020 General Elections to a greater extent is a sure contest between NDC’s Mahama and NPP’s Akufo-Addo with Prof Naana Jana Opoku Agyemang and Bawumia as running-mates respectively.
