From all indications, Joel Orleans is hurt by his sack from Yfm after dedicating his energy and time there for 11 solid years. The reason behind his sack remains unknown at the time of this publication as different theories have been popping up not excluding the infamous COVID-19.
Well, Radio Man as he’s also known has taken to his Twitter handle to put across how he has been affected negatively for the past few days after his dismissal from the Accra-based radio station – Yfm.
He also used the opportunity to caution wannabe radio presenters to make the right choices as they’ll be “used, abused and misused” by their employers and get sacked in their line of work as human beings are born ingrate.

“I’d be lying if I said I ain’t gutted about the exit, but everything happens for a reason. I strongly believe that this is not the end but the beginning of greater things to come. It’s time for others to get the opportunities we had when we started. I fully support that cause.”
“Wishing the new radio generation, the best. It’s gonna be hard. You’ll be used and unappreciated. But that comes with the job. Always keep your head up and push for what’s right and don’t apologize for it.”
He used the opportunity to thank YFM for unearthing him regardless.
“would like to Thank you @Y1079FM for all the years. Without you, I wouldn’t be who I am today. Thanks for the opportunity to prove myself and tbh I Had a great ride. Wish you all the best. No hard feelings. We did it. Love Joel.”
